The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Raghopur P.S. Case No.38 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court on merit vide order dated 25.01.2019 and 16.10.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.3422 of 2019 and Cr.Misc.No.60717 of 2019 respectively. Further, the fresh ground made on behalf of the petitioner is that the husband and father-in-law of the deceased have been acquitted in a criminal case as is evident from Annexure 3. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as Annexure 3, the petitioner, above named,

No.27842 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.38 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
