Patna High Court CWJC No.3250 of 2023 dt.16-08-2023 2/3 Heard Mr. Sanjiv Sharan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Subhash Chandra Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Alok Anand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Munger University.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to file detail representation before the Registrar, Munger University with respect to certain dues which still remains to be paid.

3. Considering the specific submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the petitioners if so advise, may file detail representation before the Registrar, Munger University.

4. In case, any representation is filed on behalf of the petitioners, the same is required to be disposed of by the Registrar, Munger University within a period of six weeks.

5. The Registrar, Munger University must ensure to call for the service records relating to the petitioner from the Principal of R.D. and D.A. College, Munger within the aforesaid period. In case, he delays the matter, appropriate legal action is directed to be taken against him by the ViceChancellor of the Munger University.
