ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner has been in custody since 20.09.2017 in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 446 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 302 of the I.P.C. Diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

After perusal of the case diary, there appears to be multiple injuries on the person of the three years old child who was killed for assault.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5095 of 2018 (3) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Additional Public Prosecutor who has pointed out to several paragraphs of the case diary and also learned counsel for the informant, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner.

It is accordingly rejected.
