JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44641 of 2014 for making correction with regard to the village name of petitioner as Alampur instead of Ajampur. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the petition. The prayer has also been made for extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the name of the village of the petitioner be read as Alampur instead of Ajampur and the period of surrender be extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

The order dated 17.12.2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17999 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
