JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Daraunda PS Case No. 193 of 2016 registered under Sections 304-B of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, she is cousin-mother-in-law of the deceased, merely apprehended on the basis of false allegation that the deceased's husband was in illicit relationship with the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 23.8.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pramila Devi @ Pramila Kuar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM XI Siwan in connection with Daraunda PS Case No. 193 of 2016.
