The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 704 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 342, 447, 448, 323, 307, 379, 385, 504 and 506/34 IPC.

Allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners have assaulted the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Considering the fact that the petitioners and informant are neighbour and nature of injuries are simple and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-I, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 704 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
