JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 323, 307, 342, 379, 504 and 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against this petitioner is commission of assault with knife.

It is submitted that allegation is general. No specific over act is alleged against this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the injury is grievous.

Considering the accusation and nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
