I fail to understand how this application seeking anticipatory bail has been filed. Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for anticipatory bail and considering the allegations and the submissions such anticipatory bail was extended to him on condition subject to his surrendering and furnishing bail bond within four weeks . The petitioner did not take benefit of the privilege of bail in terms of the said order and instead in March, 2016 has filed the present application for anticipatory bail. I am not persuaded to grant the application.

Dismissed.
