2. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent authorities to grant him pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000/- in place of Rs. 3050-4500/- with effect from date of his appointment.

3. The aforesaid prayer has been made on the strength of the order dated 11.03.2011 passed in C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4389 of 2019 dt.11-03-2019 2/3 No. 15956 of 2006 and the order dated 23.06.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 167 of 2016 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 1498 of 2011.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a representation has already been filed before the Principal Secretary, Water Resource Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for the redressal of the grievances of the petitioner. It has been submitted that the aforesaid representation has not yet been acted upon.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Water Resource Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) annexing a copy of this order along with copies of the orders of the cases which have been referred to in the proceeding paragraphs within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.4389 of 2019 dt.11-03-2019 3/3 shall dispose it of within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation by a reasoned order. Needless to state that if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed within the aforesaid stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
