JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of D.P.Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing the complainant for non-fulfiment additional demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner and counsel for the complainant that they have agreed to reside together.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on
