2. The appellants apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 50 and 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 143, 147, 149, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the appellants surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
