1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 127(2), 329(4), 333, 308(4), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the B.N.S.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.19099 of 2026(2) dt.02-04-2026 2/3 the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that accused persons including the petitioners came with dead body of Puja in an ambulance and part in front of the nursing home and created ruckus and damaged the nursing home on the pretext that Puja died during the course of delivery.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case based on general and omnibus allegation. It is next submitted that during the course of delivery, a patient Puja died and the doctors were not cooperating and were demanding money, as such, on coming to know about the death of Puja, her family members also came to the place of occurrence and altercation took place in between the family members and the nursing staffs. It is further submitted that no doubt, some damage to the nursing home was committed, but then, the emotions were running high and petitioners are not criminals and petitioner nos.2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 are women.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19099 of 2026(2) dt.02-04-2026 3/3 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Surajgarha P. S. Case No.262 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
7. The application stands allowed.
