Learned senior counsel after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application. Permission is accorded.
In the event, if a regular bail application is filed by the

No.48440 of 2022(4) dt.16-11-2022 2/3 petitioner the same shall be considered on its own merit as it has been submitted by the learned senior counsel that though the learned A.P.P submits that it is the case of honour killing but then from the postmortem report it would manifest that no external or internal injury was found on the body of the deceased, and further that it may be a possibility that since parents of both the boy and girl were not ready to get them married, as such, they ended their life.
Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
