17-06-2015 Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Upendra Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2375(C) of 2012, in which, order of cognizance has been passed for the offence under Sections 465, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, while pressing the petition, submits that in a civil dispute, colour of criminal offence has been given and moreover, whatever allegation has been made, that has been made against the son of the petitioner, not against the

In view of the facts and circumstances and nature of accusation, let the petitioner namely Kusum Devi be enlarged on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Ranjan, J.M. 1st Class/Successor, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 2375(C) of 2012, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
