Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.276 of 2017, registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that while the informant after withdrawing Rs.50,000/- for the purpose of marriage of his daughter was coming out of the bank then her bag was snatched by the petitioner and on raising alarm the petitioner was apprehended at the spot by the bank guard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is enmity between the petitioner and the informant, the informant had handed over the bag to the petitioner in order to ease herself from the call of nature and got him falsely implicated, petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10325 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 has no criminal antecedent and the investigation has been completed.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Rahul Tiwari @ Guddu Tiwari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XXIV, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.276 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall remain present before the trial court on each and every date and if he absents himself on two consecutive dates without any reasonable ground, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
