Petitioner is accused in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 302, 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Anand Singh has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 10744 of 2019 on 22.02.2019.
