KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nathnagar P. S. Case no. 305 of 2016 instituted for offence registered under Sections 25 1 AA, 25 (1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is of recovery of loaded country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2 to the petition. One similarly situated person, namely, Dharo Rai , has been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide Cr. Misc. no. 3366 of 2017. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.10.2016. It is further submitted that several other co-accused have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.
