Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 139 of the Bihar Electricity Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovered articles. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12452 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 515 of 2019.
