Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 registered under Sections- 341, 323, 376, 511 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties for the admitted land dispute. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
