Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,466,468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he produced a forged certificate of School to get benefit of the provisions of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.

Submission is that the order, whereby the petitioner was declared juvenile at Annexure-2 would reveal that besides school certificate opinion of the Medical Board was also considered.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6652 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Udwant Nagar Police Station Case No.342 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
