Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is recovery of two country made rifles, one country made Katta and 24 empty cartridges with three Bindoli from the house of petitioner which was kept in a box. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.12.2020. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
