JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 Mr. Prashant Kashyap, learned advocate for the petitioner, who has been supported in his submissions by the advocate for respondent No. 9, who is the mother of the petitioner and who have approached this Court against the appointment of another brother of the petitioner for the reason that he has not been respecting the undertaking
Patna High Court CWJC No.4910 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 given at the time of compassionate appointment of maintaining his family, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to approach the employer first and let him know about the brother of the petitioner not respecting his commitment.
The mother of the petitioner, who has been arrayed as respondent No. 9 has also the liberty to approach the concerned authority under the Special act which takes care of the elderly citizen who are not maintained by their children.
Should such an application be filed by the petitioner or respondent No. 9 before the appropriate authorities, it need not be stated that such representation shall be dealt with, in the manner as permissible under law. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
