2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 573 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 303(2), 336(2), 338, 336(3) and 61 of the B.N.S. Act and Sections 66 (C) and 66(D) of the I.T Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a raid was conducted wherein seven persons were apprehended and certain recoveries of mobile and SIM cards were made. As far as these petitioners are concerned, a mobile phone of Samsung company along with Jio SIM Card from petitioner no. 1, a mobile phone of Realme company along with Airtel SIM Card from petitioner no. 2, a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13693 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 mobile phone of Vivo company along with Airtel SIM Card from petitioner no. 3 were recovered.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners of cheating anybody. Not even a single person has come forward alleging anything personal against these petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 21.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Taking the same into consideration and the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 21.12.2024, let the petitioners above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P.S.
