JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) 27-10-2016 The challenge in the present Letters Patent Appeal is an order passed by the learned single Judge of this Court on 10th January, 2014, in C.W.J.C. No. 19660 of 2012, whereby the declaration of result of 24th Batch of Examination of Munsifs, held in the year 1991, was not interfered by the Court. The appellant was a candidate in 24th Batch of Examination of Munsifs in response to an advertisement published in the year 1991.

The appellant invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court on the basis of marks sheet obtained by him under Right to Information Act in the year 2012 which as per the appellant shows discrepancy in the marks obtained by the appellant in the subject of Hindi.

Patna High Court LPA No.994 of 2014 (3) dt.27-10-2016 on the basis of information obtained, under Right to Information Act after eighteen years of the declaration of result.
