Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016 in connection with in S.T. No. 319 of 2017 arising out of Rajgir P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016 registered under Sections 458 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been refused by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 49150 of 2016 with an observation that prayer for bail of this petitioner may be considered after framing of charge. Now, charges have been framed in this case. The petitioner is still rotting in custody for the last 9 months.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
