Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2017. Submission is that the petitioner has not been put on TIP nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Merely, on suspicion based on the past two criminal antecedent against the petitioner, he has been implicated in this case. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5284 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Barauli Police Station Case No. 264 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
