JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 It appears that no one had appeared before the Lawazima Board on 18.09.2017 when it was ordered that the appellant would take steps for fresh service of appeal notice on respondent No.7 through speed post. The aforesaid order was not complied in spite of three weeks peremptory time allowed by the Court on 02.11.2017.

Again, on the prayer of learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was ordered to be listed after three weeks under the same heading for consideration of same office note.

Even till today, the order has not been complied and prayer is for further time.

In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
