1. The present petition has been filed seeking modification in the address of the petitioner and that of the respondents no.4 to 8, as far as the order dated 14.08.2019, passed in CWJC No.16261 of 2019, is concerned.

2. It is submitted that on account of typographical error, as far as the address of the petitioner is concerned, it has been inadvertently mentioned as Statini Road, instead of Station

Patna High Court MJC No.667 of 2020(3) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 Road. It is also submitted that as far as the respondent no.4 is concerned, he is required to be depicted as the Circle Officer, Circle-Kadwa, District-Katihar, while the address of the respondents no.6 to 8 is required to be mentioned as Sonawala Bazar, Station Road, P.S. Kadwa, District-Katihar.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has admitted his mistake and seeks correction to the aforesaid extent, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the aforesaid corrections in the address of the concerned parties shall be deemed to have been made in the earlier order of this Court dated 14.08.2019.

4. Accordingly, the aforesaid modification petition stands disposed off.
