The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Rajkumar Mukhia kidnapped his daughter aged about 16 years in the night. The petitioners also conspired with Rajkumar Mukhia in kidnapping of his daughter. Submission is that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. The occurrence took place on 24.04.2014, but the FIR was lodged on 27.04.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.16620 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Sanjay, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
