The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sursand P. S. Case No. 319 of 2017, registered under Section 30 (a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition Act, 2016. Allegation is that10.125 liters of Nepali foreign wine was recovered from the bag, which was kept in the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been apprehended only on the basis of suspicion for carrying the Nepali foreign wine and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.12.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Santosh Sahni , above named, be released on bail
