Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered in connection with Raghunathpur P.S Case No. 11 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
On Gasti, 65 liters Mahua country made liquor were recovered from Nawada Mor and one accused person Upendar Ram fled away from the spot.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not apprehended on the spot and no incriminating wine was recovered from his conscious possession. Liquor was recovered

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner , above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S Case No. 11 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) N.K/- U T
