Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dinara P. S. Case No. 335 of 2017, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a ), 35 and 38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation in brief is that approximately 72 liters of foreign liquor is said to be recovered from the house of the petitioner wherein the liquor was kept in the cartoon at the roof of the house in concealed condition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.11.2017.

No.4909 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Sunil Keshri @ Sunil Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- IIcum- Special Judge (Excise), Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 335 of 2017.
