07.09.2020 Heard, Mr. Awadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Ram Sevak Choudhary, learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Avatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 135 of 2017 dated

25.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 342, 323, 332, 333, 353, 504, 506, 34, 307 and 20-B of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. The prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

However, if the petitioners surrender before the court below and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition on their behalf has not been entertained.
