JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55285 of 2022 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 18.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55285 of 2022, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time, as he was out of State for earning his livelihood.

In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
