2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 08, 20, 22 of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 15.850 grams of smack and 45.270 grams(small quantity) of ganja have been recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the he is in custody since 17.10.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 438 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Goraul Police Station Vaishali on every Sunday of each month.
Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
