The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.274 of 2017, a case under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

A pistol was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Paragraph-3 of the bail petition reveals that the petitioner is accused in different serious cases of robbery and murder. Petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2017. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of

No.9467 of 2018 (3) dt.03-04-2018 P2/ one year of custody if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.274 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
