2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner, armed with deadly weapons, came to the shop of the informant and took away cash Rs.27,900/- from the cash box. Two criminal cases are already pending against the petitioner from before.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
