The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Begusarai S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 111 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 323 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act. The informant alleged that he and Shankar Mahto purchased piece of land from Rambati Devi. For the same plot, dispute arose with regard to measurement of the land for that the petitioners are alleged to have abused the informant. It is submitted that the case is compromised between the parties.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16591 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 Having considered the fact that the occurrence is said to have taken place on the Darwaza on account of land dispute, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 111 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Sanjay/- U T
