Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23418 of 2021(2) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 petitioner that petitioner has been living separately from the husband of the deceased since 2017. The petitioner is an old lady aged about 71 years and she has been implicated in this case only because she happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
