2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 296/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/149/498A/494/324/307 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. Petitioner is a co-villager of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 25.11.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the general allegation levelled against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea/
