JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the informant.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 300/2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
As per allegation, when the son of the informant and other boys of the village were playing cricket, three accused including this petitioner came on motorcycle and Sonu Singh one of the co-accused shot at his son from rifle, thereafter, this petitioner also shot at him from his country-made pistol and another third co-accused Munna singh also shot at him from his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11948 of 2016 (3) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 country-made pistol and, thereafter they escaped therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are only two injuries whereas there are three persons. However, learned counsel appearing for the informant has submitted that the petitioner is already involved in four criminal cases.
In view of the involvement of the petitioner in several criminal cases, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to him .
Accordingly this application is dismissed.
