Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 157 of 2003 registered under Sections- 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32041 of 2004. Petitioner went outside to earn his livelihood and entrusted the case to his advocate, but the advocate's clerk failed to make pairvi properly. Petitioner did not misuse the privilege of bail. Immediately on knowledge about cancellation of bail bonds, petitioner surrendered on 05.01.2016 since then he is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11950 of 2017 (5) dt.05-07-2017 custody.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge IX, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinanra P.S. Case No. 157 of 2003 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 187 of 2005.
