JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 4/ 26-07-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioner. It has been submitted that by order dated 19.07.2017 the petitioner has been granted bail but due to inadvertence in the second paragraph of the order sections of the Indian Penal Code have wrongly been mentioned.

In view of such, 2nd paragraph of the order dated 19.07.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „under Sections- 307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code‟, it should be read as "under Section(s) 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code".

Let this order be communicated to the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No.33 of 2016.
