2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 01.11.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with SC No. 43 of 2018 arising out of Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2017 for the offence alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 17.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 2245 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/Chandran U T
