ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 4 13-04-2023 The final judgment has been passed on 16.03.2023 in which due to inadvertence in second paragraph of page no. 2 Title Suit No. 83 of 2021 has been typed instead of Title Suit No. 85 of 2001.

This defect was pointed out by the counsel for the petitioners and vide order dated 24.03.2023, number of Title Suit was corrected as "85" instead of "83" but year of case was still incorrect, therefore, today this case has again been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned".

It has been observed that the Title Suit No. 83 of 2021 which has been typed inadvertently in place of Title Suit No. 85 of 2001. Therefore, T.S. No. 83 of 2021 typed in the order dated 16.03.2023 be read as Title Suit No. 85 of 2001. Similarly order dt. 24.03.2023, the T.S. No. 85 of 2021 be read as T.S. No. 85 of 2001.
