2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 190 of 2024 arising out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1199 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b), (ii) B, 25, 29 of NDPS Act.
3. As per allegation, after getting information that some psychotropic substances were being carried by a whitecoloured car, the police intercepted the vehicle and recovered 10.2 kg of ganja from it. The petitioners and co-accused Rajan Kumar was arrested from that vehicle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are not the drivers of the vehicle wherefrom the alleged contraband was recovered. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. He has further submitted that the quantity of ganja recovered from the vehicle, is less than the commercial quantity. The petitioners are under custody since 03.09.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. The huge quantity of ganja was recovered from the car, wherein the petitioners were present.
7. Presently, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, it is rejected.
8. However, the petitioners, if so advised, may renew their prayer for bail after one year.
