Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. The petitioner has been remanded in this case from some other case and he is in custody since 02.11.2017.

Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on T.I. Parade during investigation. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused before the police. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
