ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.189 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the backdrop of the litigation between the parties and that they are close agnates, it appears that the present case has been lodged on account of some vendetta.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and close relationship between the parties, let

No.11953 of 2016 (4) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri A.K. Thakur, Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District-Patna, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.189 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
