Petitioner seeks bail in Charpokhari P.S. Case No.242 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code. In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner gave knife blow on right side of neck of informant. Injury report of the injured has been enclosed as Annexure-2, which shows that one sharp cut injury was found on the neck and one swelling was found near right eye. The doctor has opined the injuries to be simple in nature. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2018 having clean antecedents.
