However, learned advocate for the State is present. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.12.2014 passed by the learned VIth Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in Sessions Trial No. 420 of 2010 whereby the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for his discharge under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the offences under Section 413 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, has been rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16948 of 2015(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 Perused the order impugned as well as the materials brought on record.

This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order refusing to discharge. In case the trial has not yet been concluded, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the same without any further delay.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition is dismissed.
